The Trolley HVSG1000-8 is an 8kV portable system for testing and fault locating on low and medium voltage cables.
The powerful ARM (Arc Reflection Method) method featured by the Arc Reflection Method reflectometer is used for pre-locating high-resistance faults at any of the 3 ranges (2-4-8 kV) of the pulse waves impulse generator. Low-resistance faults can be located through the TDRL (Time Domain Reflection) method, avoiding the use of high voltage/energy Methods.
