The HVIRM15 is a compact 15kV DC 15TΩ High-voltage insulation resistance tester, with the following testing options (PI), (DAR).
The unit is typically used to test the condition of the insulation material on transformers and motors where a 5 – 20kV DC insulation test is required.
The unit is fitted with a Lithium-ion rechargeable battery for remote operation.

Short circuit current can be adjusted, max 5mA (Optional up to 10mA, short circuit current)
Automatic display polarization index (PI), induced electric absorption test values (DAR) and can test the leakage current and capacitance
Anti-interference current reaches 2 mA, still ensure accuracy of test instruments.
Use of lithium-ion batteries, battery life can be up to 4 hours (10000V @ 100MΩ).
