To register, the Booking Form (Click here to download it) is to be submitted with an official order number for Invoicing purposes and proof of payment.

Once the proof of payment has been received, a confirmed seat will be assigned to the relevant course selected.

A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made in the week before the course start date and a 50% cancellation fee will be charged for any cancellations made before that.

Requests to postpone courses attendance must be received in writing at least three full working days prior to the course commencement. Should we receive written confirmation within this period; the postponement will be subject to an additional fee of R2000.00 (excl VAT) per delegate. All course postponements need to be utilized within 6 months of the original course booking or the course fee will be forfeited. 

Cancellations on postponements or exchange are subject to the full course fee.
