The
PGK HB two-part high voltage test set offers
the ability to be operated with either a DC
or AC output voltage.
The
control unit includes all operating and
indication elements. The high voltage unit
is equipped with a high voltage transformer
and a rectifier rod for DC operation, or
alternatively a resistive rod for AC
operation. Due to the two-part design the
HV-test set offers safe operation.
All
PGK HB instruments are short circuit proof
and include a load current compensated
voltage measuring device. For discharging of
capacitive test samples in DC mode a
discharge rod is supplied with every unit.
